Once more, which would make this the second time, I shall not be blogging. So twice in a row, no bloggy-woggy. No pithy comments about stuff that rankles me. No insightful insight on the last seven days. No projections on the days ahead. I haven’t seen any movies, damaged any body parts, or taken up any exotic and adventurous sports. So as a result I have nothing to blog about.
Oh, I did happen to catch a couple of episodes of a lovely little BBC police drama / Sci-Fi show called LIFE ON MARS. An old friend of mine turned me onto it by sending me all the episodes. It’s a terrific show.
John Simm plays DCI Sam Tyler who gets plonked on the noggin and wakes up in 1973. “…am I mad, in a coma, or back in time?”
I won’t give anything more away ‘cause that would be telling. Just have a look, and make up your own mind. I guess this is going to be “Americanized” and turned into a show on the alphabet network. So hurry and see the fully enriched British version before it gets put through the crap filter of American television.
Gee, I guess I did touch on something that rankles me. Sorry, I guess this turned out to be a blog after all. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have fourteen more hours of brilliant British television to watch.
